About the Role We're seeking a proactive and skilled Manager Property Maintenance to join our team, delivering exceptional outcomes across building and landscape projects.
What you will do Oversee and deliver high-quality building and landscape maintenance.Manage small building and landscape projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets.Lead and inspire a diverse team, including carpenters, horticulturalists, greenskeepers, and labourers.Foster a strong team culture aligned with corporate values.Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.Drive safety leadership and uphold risk management and legal compliance in all construction activities.Travel inter/intrastate as required to manage multiple projects.
