Primary Objective: The Manager is responsible for providing strategic and people leadership to the Property team ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to a range of internal and external customers through multiple channels. Manage the property and asset portfolio of Power and Water Corporation, including management of approvals and consents in relation to easements and existing infrastructure, acquisition and divestment of corporate property and management of land tenure leases and licences for compliance with conditions.
