You'll be responsible for Leading efforts to maintain cost control strategies and practices, focusing on reducing assessing costs, claims leakage, and expenses per claim. Playing a pivotal role in securing competitive repair costs and delivering exceptional customer service from assessors, repairers, and service providers. Providing leadership, direction, and support to team members to achieve high performance and customer service standards. Developing and implementing strategies to reduce preventable leakage and manage costs effectively. Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and standards, and lead the consistent application of national policies, procedures, and work practices. About you Relevant trade qualification and extensive experience post-apprenticeship in a related profession, or significant experience as an insurance assessor - desirable, not essential. Comprehensive and current knowledge of the repair industry, with an understanding of various repair techniques, materials, finishes, and equipment. Proven experience in managing remote teams, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and handle competing resources and demands. Skilled in navigating complex situations, offering pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills, capable of leading, coaching, and influencing with clarity and impact.
