As part of their expansion, they are on the lookout for a seasoned Project Accounting Manager, ready to assist in the growth of their accounting team. Competitive Remuneration Package: $120,000 - $150,000, including superannuation. Responsibilities include: Conducting in-depth financial analyses and feasibility studies for new ventures, encompassing cost-benefit analysis, risk evaluation, and ROI computations. Crafting, administering, and overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure financial targets are achieved. Vigilantly monitoring and reporting in compliance with financial legislations and corporate policies, whilst ensuring financial records are precise and promptly updated. Assisting the senior management team with strategic financial planning and decision-making processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly favoured. A minimum of 3 years in a project accounting role within the property development sector, now ready to step up into a managerial position. Exceptional analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail, with a knack for interpreting financial data and drawing meaningful insights.
