Lifeline Darling Downs (LDDSWQL) has been serving the community of Toowoomba, and the wider South Western Queensland area for over 40 years.
We deliver over 30 programs across the region including being a funded specialist Domestic and Family Violence provider.

About the RoleThe Manager, Programs & Community will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the organisation's programs across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
This role requires strong leadership, program management, stakeholder engagement and partnership skills to ensure effective delivery and impact of our programs.
The Manager will work closely with internal staff and colleagues, and external partners to achieve program goals and support the organisation's Vision.
The Benefits Access to Salary Sacrifice (which significantly increases take home pay)Supportive team environmentWhat we are looking for An undergraduate degree in a Human Services field with at least three years post-graduate experience in Human Services including management of staff.Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to lead teams effectively and inspire others to achieve shared goals.Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing program outcomes that align with organisational Vision and Values.Flexibility: Adapts to changing priorities and challenges within the organisation and sector.Integrity: Upholds ethical standards and ensures transparency in all activities.Cultural Competence: Shows sensitivity and respect for diversity in all interactions.Demonstrated strong program management and organisational skills and experience.Excellent interpersonal, communication and engagement skills.Proficiency and extensive experience in budgeting and financial management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management tools.Current Queensland "C" class drivers' licence.Blue Card "No Card No Start".Apply without delay as applications will be assessed as received and the vacancy may be filled before the closing date.
