About the role The Manager – Programs and Initiatives will oversee the project management of programs and initiatives on behalf of the Aquaculture Branch, including the Tasmanian Salmon Industry Plan.
Prepare program-related documents and reports, identify and manage risks. Engage stakeholders of all levels across business units and departments to support efficient delivery. Provide authoritative technical and policy advice on program implementation and issues. Manage project activities through detailed project plans and schedules. Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Period of appointment 12 months or until the return of the substantive, whichever is earliest.
