Our Manager Program & Project Assurance leads a critical function within our Strategy Delivery team. You will oversee program and project assurance, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and alignment with strategic priorities. This role champions best practices in program and project management while driving capability and performance across infrastructure, business improvement, and digital transformation projects.You will develop and embed frameworks to support delivery, foster collaboration across the organisation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your leadership will inspire a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the application of best-practice processes for program and project management.Develop and embed frameworks supporting the delivery of complex and diverse projects.Ensure sound governance, risk management, and evidence-based decision-making.Enhance organisational capability in project and program management, including tools, policies, and processes.Drive the development of competency frameworks to promote consistency and accountability.Deliver clear, actionable project and program dashboards to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between prioritised projects and organisational strategy.About You:To succeed in this role, you will bring:Extensive experience in program and project management, including governance, compliance, and risk management.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver strategic outcomes.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and conflict resolution.Strong financial acumen, with experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.A collaborative approach to fostering relationships across teams and stakeholders.Relevant qualifications and/or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMBOK).Sound like you?
