About Product Delivery Program Management Office (PMO) Product Delivery enables and empowers the core of Customer Delivery throughout Asia Pacific by delivering simplified knowledge, know-how, materials, training, and education. Leveraging our strong global partnerships and our subject-matter expertise, we bring insight, experience, and solutions to deliver innovation and ensure our products and platforms are ready to deploy at scale.
As the customers of today and the future increasingly expect tailored services and solutions, the AP PD Program Management Office (PMO) team pivots on running end-to-end strategic, complex, and bespoke programs to adapt to such requirements, anchors key business launches, and facilitates Go To Market rollouts.
The PMO team is focused on planning, development, and delivery of complex solution key projects within programs of work deemed to be high priority for the business. The team comprises highly skilled program managers reporting into the region who are collectively responsible for delivering revenue-generating projects for the AP business.
Role Overview This role will lead governance for critical complex projects to deliver solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction for Mastercard Asia Pacific.This is a regional role that will be required to project manage and coordinate activities focused on key initiatives designed to build and develop complex solution delivery, ensuring improved operational effectiveness and proficient delivery of services.Key responsibilities will include planning, developing, and executing project schedules, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and monitoring project potential risks.All About You Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and skills, project management process, tools, and reporting.Expertise working in a mid to large size enterprise environment across complexities of advanced projects.Exhibiting go-getter attitude with proven experience of independently driving large scale projects.Exhibiting problem-solving mindset to drive ambiguous situations to the right conclusions.Experience working with virtual project teams across multiple geographic locations.Certification in Program or Project Management is preferred.Experience and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills, with proven experience of managing ambiguity.Strong experience of presenting to senior stakeholders and business sponsors.Ability to drive parallel workstreams in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.Expertise on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other project management tools.Strong analytical skills to unravel complex matters and do impact analysis to offer different options and drive to quick resolution.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong internal and external relationships with all stakeholders.Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:
