Your expertise will be essential in ensuring value for money, delivering desired outcomes, and effectively managing risks throughout the procurement process.Key outcomes for this role include advising and supporting the development of procurement and contract management strategies that empower FUNLHN to optimize efficiency across the entire supply chain.
You will have the opportunity to identify, review, and implement innovative improvements to procurement processes and practices, aligning with state quality and continuous improvement objectives.
This includes enhancing policies, procedures, templates, and reports to achieve best practice outcomes.Additionally, you will ensure that all procurement, contract management, and negotiation activities comply with SA Public Sector policy requirements.
Collaborating with Regional Support Services (RSS) and the Department of Health and Wellbeing (DHW), you will identify effective control measures to manage FUNLHN's commercial risks.

– Administration Roles About You: Experience in preparing and presenting reports, briefings and correspondence including procurement and contract management documentation.Experience successfully negotiating with internal or external clients, service providers or organisations to achieve positive outcomes.Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining or reviewing systems, practices, protocols and procedures to ensure service quality and efficiency.Proven experience in the use of project and change management techniques, utilising sound management principles.Experience in managing the end-to-end procurement process for a variety of categories within the private or public sector including advising others appropriate market approaches including approaches other than tendering such as direct negotiation, competitive dialogue and or supplier development.Experience in managing multiple priorities to deliver business outcomes whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
