Take your career to the next level, providing a range of tax advisory and compliance services to large privately owned businesses and high net wealth clients.You will work with an established and exciting client base, across a variety of industries to help shape and enhance their business strategies. You will also enjoy being part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, where you'll have the freedom to innovate and shape your career through our comprehensive development programs.Your key responsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of diverse growth clients including privately owned corporate groups, privately owned business, high net wealth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assisting on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.Working directly with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.Working directly with Partners to facilitate and manage client ATO dealings, including the Top 500 and Next 5000 programs.Advise clients on their key business issues using a wide range of technology in real time.Contribute to strategic planning for, and the implementation of, family governance frameworks and structures.Oversee and mentor a team of staff and help them build their skills and career, as well as your own.Bringing the whole of EY approach to building strong relationships with existing clients as well as seeking opportunities to leverage work from new clients.What we're looking forHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
