What's in it for you We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Sydney Private Tax team, leveraging your 5+ years' experience in Tax or Business Advisory Services.

Your key responsibilities Managing a portfolio of diverse growth clients including privately owned corporate groups, privately owned business, high net wealth families, trusts, and other privately owned entities.Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assisting on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.Working directly with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.Working directly with Partners to facilitate and manage client ATO dealings, including the Top 500 and Next 5000 programs.Advise clients on their key business issues using a wide range of technology in real time.Contribute to strategic planning for, and the implementation of, family governance frameworks and structures.Oversee and mentor a team of staff and help them build their skills and career, as well as your own.Bringing the whole of EY approach to building strong relationships with existing clients as well as seeking opportunities to leverage work from new clients.What we're looking for Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
