You will continue to develop the PDSI service, as well as providing high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders and provide leadership and line management to the team.Some of your duties will include:Provide strategic oversight of the delivery of services to service users alongside the PDSI Clinical Services Manager.Manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee performance management, and professional development opportunities for all staff.Proactively identify and analyse emerging systemic issues and trends impacting delivery and integration of services.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in providing values-driven leadership within a highly complex service delivery area, preferably in relation to people with disability and complex needs.Demonstrated experience managing and leading staff.Experience in and knowledge of case co-ordination, assessment, and behaviour intervention treatment models.An understanding of and commitment to the application of best practice principles of therapeutic intervention with offenders.An understanding of the challenges involved in working within a forensic environment.Qualifications/RequirementsRelevant clinical qualifications are highly desirable.How to ApplyPlease click the Apply button on this advertisement.
