We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead our Preventative Health team and manage and grow our portfolio of programs and projects with a focus on partnerships and collaborations to address the wider determinants of health and oversee the health promotion portfolio to enhance the wellbeing of the EMHS population.

This position is a newly created position within Population Health at the East Metropolitan Health Service and will work closely with the Director and Senior Project Officer to ensure the rigour and effectiveness of partnerships, advice, program and project development in line with the EMHS Strategic Plan and other guiding documents.

Position Profile: The Manager Preventative Health will be responsible for the preventative health agenda across EMHS. Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence based, equitable, inclusive and sustainable programs which maximise the health of the EMHS population. Works with community groups to build sustainability of preventative health programs.
