Our Centurion mine is located 160 kilometres west of Mackay. For more information on Centurion visit www.centurionmine.com.auReporting to the General Manager, your key objective will be to establish and maintain the CHPP and associated supporting activities onsite. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Oversight and accountability to refurbish/upgrade plant to suit our underground processes with KPI to increase capacityProvide direct supervision to the CHPP Superintendent, Coordinators and associated contractorsEnsures that the CHPP planning process is developed, implemented and subjected to Continuous Improvement so that all activities are planned and scheduled. The planning process shall cover several different periodic levelsEnsures the Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) is implementedEnsures the implementation into the Operations Department of the relevant portions of the Safety Health Management Plan (SHMP), including the Statutory required areasProvides requirements of inspections, timings, actions, qualifications and skills for SOPs, standards and inspection regimes to the Compliance Superintendent.About you:It's expected that you'll come from a similar background with managerial experience. Some exposure to upgrading/modifying the CHPP would be advantageous given the initial project to modify for underground supply.
