This is a pivotal role, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on support to enable our leaders and teams to thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders on organisational design and workforce planning, aligning structures and roles that support collaborative, effective and efficient work design.Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing expert, timely and practical guidance on enterprise agreements, legislative requirements, and fostering proactive, positive employee interactions.Work closely with leaders to support performance development, addressing root causes of all people issues and guiding a constructive approach to employee development.Facilitate cyclical performance, development and remuneration reviews with a focus on high performance, transparency and equity, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Drive initiatives that enhance engagement and inclusion across teams, helping to build a positive, collaborative workplace where every voice is valued.Advocate for health and wellbeing, working with managers to build a culture of safety, and support initiatives that foster a healthy work environment.About YouYou bring a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to HR, with extensive experience in partnering across teams to deliver effective people strategies. Your background in HR management roles has equipped you with a strong grasp of organisational design, employee relations, and change management.You will need highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills in order to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of people at all levels within a complex organisation.With proven experience in the development of submissions/proposals to senior leaders, you approach challenges with sound judgment, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement.
