In this role, you will drive value for our customers by ensuring efficient operational technology outcomes for Payroll and Core HR functions. This involves managing HR technology for our clients and the People, Culture & Advocacy (PC&A) community, overseeing all aspects of payroll operations and integrated processes.
As the leader of the team that supports our payroll system you will be responsible for ensuring seamless payroll processes, handling escalations, coordinating system updates, and ensuring regular patching and database upgrades.
