As the Manager - People Technology, Data & Reporting, you'll be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, management, and implementation of People and Culture (P&C) technology, data strategies, roadmap, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role you will drive alignment and improvement for all people platforms/systems, services and vendors ensuring they effectively enable the delivery of strategic people plans and initiatives.
Day to day accountabilities will include: Lead the ongoing configuration, development, and continuous improvement of P&C technologiesOversee the management of People platforms core systems and ensure data integrity and security profiles are defined and adhered to across all people platformsDesign, implement, and manage the people data strategy that enables P&C and leaders to interpret and act on people data and draw insights to enable data-driven business decisions, including oversight of reportingEnsure data management procedures are established and upheld to maintain the integrity of people technology solutionsPlan the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize people systems, processes, experiences and the end-to-end employee journeyLead and manage a team of Analysts and SpecialistsIn partnership with peer leaders, you will drive the transition to a tiered service delivery model for People & Culture, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency.This role is a permanent opportunity. Ideally you will be based in Brisbane, although we are open to candidates from Sydney or Melbourne. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related fieldExperience in managing technology solutions and data strategiesKnowledge of change management practices and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in a similar role or operations focused role within a large organization.Highly developed project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in leading and creating high-performing teams with highly skilled specialistsFamiliarity with HR technology solutions and service delivery modelsAbout us Our 2.3 million members trust us to take care of almost $300 billion in retirement savings.
