The Manager - People & Organisational Development is a critical role leading the development of the end-to-end employment experience and is pivotal to the strength of the organisational culture.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a Human Resources professional with extensive senior management experience in understanding People and Culture, Organisational Development and Employee Value Proposition.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or other relevant field of study.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise, consult, influence and negotiate on complex and sensitive human resources matters.
Proven ability to work in a complex environment, adapt and respond quickly to requests and achieve results within tight timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to deploy professional integrity, maintain confidentiality and sustain credibility.
Solid writing skills required to produce clear and concise executive papers and organisational policies.
Proven ability to contribute to and achieve quality outcomes in people and organisational development areas.
