You will utilise your high-level leadership and management capabilities to ensure strategic alignment of Branch priorities with broader organisational objectives by recognising the importance of making decisions that address current and future business needs, guided by contemporary human resource practices.
What you will bring to the role To be successful in this role you will need to hold the qualifications, skills and experience listed in the Position Description which includes but is not limited to:
Strong leadership and management experience in a human resources or organisational psychology field.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Knowledge and skills that allow you to provide specialised advice on a range of matters related to the role.Local Government and Public Sector Management experience will be highly regarded.A commitment to Council's Organisational Values and Behaviours.How to apply To apply, please submit two documents:
