Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.Essential role-specific skills, knowledge and experienceA tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Management or a related field, or substantial experience in a senior management role.Strong working knowledge of employment law issues and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common-sense approach.Demonstrable high-level leadership skills and experience including the ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels both within and outside the organisation.Excellent interpersonal abilities including active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience providing training, mentoring, and support to operational staff in relation to policies, procedures, and process improvement.Highly desirable role-specific skills, knowledge and experienceLeadership experience in a not-for-profit / charitable organisation.
