The role:
As a Manager you will lead and be a part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, workforce planning and development, change and communication, organisation design and human resources transformation. Based in Canberra, you will support our clients in the government, health, human services, education and defence sectors to build meaningful capability and address some of their most challenging workforce issues.
Your key responsibilities: Conduct research, analysis, and client interviews, developing recommendations and reports, prepare stakeholder presentations. Support the delivery of challenging projects across a range of diverse organisations within government and defence. Contribute to the development of proposals and tender responses. Support the growth of our team and investment in our practice by participating in team development activities. What we are looking for: Experience in a consulting, policy, change, business or strategic HR role. Previous consulting experience is highly desirable. Willingness to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in leading and supporting a team. A growth mindset and experience working in high performing teams. Ability to think critically and creatively within fast paced and often ambiguous environments. Strong commitment to working with government in blended and diverse teams. In line with client requirements you MUST be an Australian citizen with Baseline or above security clearance with the Australian Government Vetting Agency or ability to receive a clearance.
