Outcare is on the lookout for a passionate People and Culture Manager to join our amazing team! Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.Optimise talent acquisition, selection and retention process through data-driven insights.Develop and implement strategies to enhance and foster a positive organisational culture.Manage contractual obligations and maintain compliance across the organisation.What is required: Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.High level interpersonal, team and department co-ordination skills.High level of computer literacy including experience with HRIS, LMS and rostering systems.Ability to adapt to varying changes in pace and meet deadlines.Flexible disposition and willingness to work with a team to achieve team goals and objectives.Organisational skills to effectively balance workload and conflicting priorities to achieve outcomes across the range of responsibilities of the role.Experience working with offenders or other marginalised groups is well regarded.2 years+ previous management or supervisory experience.Employee Benefits: Not-for-profit salary packaging (up to $18,550 per annum).Annual Leave Loading.Free, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program.How to Apply: To apply for this role, please send through your current Resume and a Cover Letter outlining why you think you are most suited to this role.
