The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Manager Payroll will lead payroll management and people investment planning for approximately 130 employees. This role ensures payroll operations and budgeting align with organisational goals and statutory requirements. You'll collaborate closely with the People and Culture team and executive leadership, delivering key insights and workforce investment reports to inform strategic decisions.
Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, you'll maintain compliance, drive system efficiencies, and ensure budgets, forecasts, and metrics accurately support our mission of effective resource management.
What You Bring:
A CA or CPA qualification with proven experience in payroll processing, including FBT and salary packaging. Strong expertise in budgeting, resource management, and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to influencing and engaging stakeholders. Experience with Access Micropay, ConnX, and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Knowledge of salary packaging and Not-for-Profit or Health sector. How to apply:
