Manager Participation

This role involves a high level of engagement with children and young people, government and non-government stakeholders and the management of the Participation team and team's output.
The ideal candidate for this role is a goal orientated, high achiever who is driven to create positive change for children and young people in NSW.
You will be experienced in managing a high performing team, managing stakeholder engagement, a skilled report writer and have a good working knowledge of data analysis and government policy development.ResponsibilitiesYou will also provide operational direction and leadership to ACYP's Participation Team including managing and coordinating team activities to establish and maintain an outcome-oriented culture of teamwork, achievement and accountability.
The Participation Manager will deliver and manage resources, budgets, and projects that contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about the lives of children and young people in NSW.
