Parent Pathways Manager - What's the job all about? In this role, you will manage a team that offers comprehensive support to parents with children under 6 who are ready to re-enter the workforce. You will provide supervision, coaching, and training to our Parent Pathways mentor staff to ensure great service is provided. You will be responsible for:
Team Engagement : Foster a positive workplace culture through regular team and individual meetings, providing ongoing feedback on performance and development. Caseload Management : Allocate and monitor caseloads to mentors, ensuring ratios are met while managing budgets and financial targets. Stakeholder Relations : Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, assisting with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. What You'll Need A background in employment services, human resources, social work, or a related field is desirable. Diploma in Community Services, Leadership, or similar qualification. Previous management experience with the ability to drive performance. Proficiency in utilizing a range of software programs including MS Office. Driver's license & relevant employment checks including National Police Check, Working with Children check. Who are we at CVGT Employment?
