Your opportunity
The position is responsible for providing high-level leadership and management in the delivery of organisational development services within Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS): including advice on organisational change management, workforce and succession planning, strategic human resource planning, and workforce engagement. To manage, coordinate and integrate future-oriented workforce planning for health priority areas, population groups, and reforms in workforce development across MHHS. This position reports directly to the Executive Director People & Culture. About the Team The Manager Organisational Development is accountable for delivering Workforce Reform; Workforce Planning; Strategic Initiatives & Policy, and Workforce Engagement.
