Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 7 and driving Organisational Change within our client's business. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate challenges in an organisation on a large technical transformation journey.
Skills/Experience We're Looking For: Extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives. Understanding of social psychology and behavioural economics to influence behaviour change. Experience building and managing relationships to achieve collaborative business outcomes. Ability to influence and guide stakeholders towards shared goals. Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and support leadership and employees in adopting new behaviours and mindsets. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges and develop practical business solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse audiences at all levels of the organisation. You Will: Champion the consistent use of the organisation's change management framework across all change initiatives. Establish and manage a central hub for change management resources and support. Oversee internal and external change professionals, ensuring proper project resourcing through consistent change sizing. Partner with the Talent Team to develop a change management talent strategy and build an internal pipeline. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance change capability for leaders and project teams. Provide coaching and support to leaders managing organisational and local change initiatives. Lead change networks to drive organisational change maturity.
