You'll work collaboratively with various industry bodies to stay updated on best practices and provide valuable data for research purposes.About the OpportunityThis an exciting role within the People and Performance team which is pivotal in ensuring ARTC achieves defined organisational capability outcomes identified through the strategic plan and directly aligned to safety, ways of working and talent development with a clear focus on leadership capability.In addition to key outcomes identified through the strategic plan and employee feedback the role and its objectives has strong support across the executive team. You will utilise your superior communication and influencing skills to align programs with business needs and engage across all levels of ARTC's national operations.Key accountabilities will include:Develop evidence-based strategies and solutions that are aligned to organisational strategy and operating models to contribute to enhanced levels of employee engagement and performance.Plan and partner with the business for the implementation of integrated organisational development interventions, drawing upon internal and external benchmarking, to understand issues and identify appropriate frameworks for delivery.Ensure that organisational development and design programmes and projects are linked to ARTC Leadership Ways of Working to drive improved organisational capacity and performance.Work closely with People and Performance Business Partners, Managers and General Managers to deliver the annual talent and succession planning processes, including a focus on identifying development pathways.What do we want from you?It is essential you can readily demonstrate a career track record of success across organisational development in a complex multisite operations business with a diverse workforce. You will demonstrate clear value of sustainable change which promotes safety, culture and accountability at all levels.
