The Manager: Operational Finance manages a team of Finance staff, both specialist and administrative.

Essential Skills and Experience Undergraduate qualifications, together with active membership of a professional accounting body (e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, CPA Australia, or equivalent)Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior accounting position involving the development of forecasts, budgets and financial plans within a complex organisationDemonstrated experience in leading a team including fostering an effective and service orientated culture in a complex environmentDemonstrated financial analysis and reporting skills and experience in the provision of financial advice and recommendations to senior executivesDemonstrated knowledge of and experience in applying financial and accrual accounting standards, structures, principles and practices Benefits
