About this Position: As the Manager - Operational Compliance, you will lead the promotion and strengthening of an integrated, customer-focused compliance services program. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that regulatory, operational, and public safety standards are met, directly contributing to the community's perception of liveability and quality of life. By leading compliance efforts in critical areas, such as water, quarry, waste management, and law enforcement, you will help shape how the compliance teams are viewed organisationally, not only as a regulatory necessity but as a key enabler of service excellence and public trust.
