The role: Manage operations of team of ~40 Onboarding Specialists and their leaders in delivering high level of support for Micro & Small Business Customers introduced to NAB through self-serve Digital OnboardingTeam focus on supporting seamless handover from Digital to Human experience in BTA onboarding; drive growth through having Bank of Choice customer conversations to identify Everyday Business Banking referral opportunitiesCultivate referral networks, identifying potential customers and creating innovative strategies to expand customer baseCollaborate with key product areas on future design and strategic solutionsYour opportunity Lead team of 27 G1 Bankers, 15 G2 Associates and 4 G3 Leads to deliver on business targets and provide high level of quality for customers. lead a function comprised of 4 teams with – 45 Staff.Drive growth through referral initiatives, customer sourcing endeavors and development of sustainable solutionsProactive collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to identify, address and alleviate challenges across various processes and initiativesDevelop diverse team where people achieve their potential, a culture which fosters trust, collaboration and performanceMaintain strong operational excellence through use of AOM. Streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and create culture of continuous improvement while adhering to customer service level expectationsLeaders at all levels will be expected to ensure their teams are clear, capable and motivated: Clear about purpose, values, goals and plans, expectations and processes, and the boundaries of ethical decision makingCapable with the right talent, time, tools and skills to do their work, with leaders expected to manage resources (people, budgets, assets and time) effectively and coach teams to build competence and confidenceMotivated by leaders who build trust, inclusive teams and a psychologically safe environment, track results, and provide clear follow-up and feedback.The role and Day to day will include:
