This critically important role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with partner representatives, identifying new opportunities for collaboration, and driving the sale of Avive's product to their customers. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships will report directly to our VP of Sales and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
What you'll do: Establish and maintain relationships with national partner representatives at the national, regional, and local levels.Identify and evaluate new opportunities for collaboration with strategic partners, including joint marketing initiatives, co-branded product offerings, and training programs.Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue through the sale of Avive's product to strategic partner customers.Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop messaging and materials that resonate with the Red Cross and their customers.Travel regularly to meet with partner representatives and attend relevant industry events.Provide regular updates and reports to the VP of Sales on partnership activities, progress, and results.Who you are: At least 4 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably in the healthcare or public safety industries.Experience working with large organizations in a partnership or sales capacity.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies that drive growth and revenue.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform partnership decisions and measure success.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.Self-starter with a track record of taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about our mission of saving lives and making a meaningful impact on cardiac arrest survival rates.Equal Employment Opportunity It is the policy of the company to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
