Your new role
You will report to the Director of Insights & Planning.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyse data research and generate reports to communicate these findings. Oversee and project manage the team's research and reporting processes. Integrate industry feedback and data to develop and adapt policy solutions. Liaise with industry experts and research organisations to capture insights. What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience in economic and workforce topics particularly within the national and state policy context. Experience in developing research, analysis, report writing, and communicating findings to senior and junior audiences. Project management experience and the ability to balance and contribute to multiple concurrent projects. Experience engaging with VET policy through relevant education or training government bodies. Relationship/Stakeholder management skills and ideally a network within the VET sector. Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Policy research or a related discipline. What you need to do now
