Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join them on a contract through to November + extensions on offer.
The purpose of this role is to support the program benefits realisation by enabling the delivery of key drivers of the Unify Learning Approach and Digital Communications Uplift relating to multi modal learning delivery and knowledge sharing platforms and tools to optimise depth and breadth of learning coverage and end user adoption for Unify products.
The Manager L&D will work closely with the existing Unify LD Manager to support the delivery of and transition of training outputs for impacted user groups, consistent with defined best practice quality standards.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Work closely with the Unify LD Manager to support training delivery and lead the implement of the Unify Learning approach and content of Unify learning to appropriate business as usual Departmental learning stakeholder groups once Unify has delivered the in-scope learning.Continue to implement and drive the Unify Learning Approach with internal and external stakeholders focusing on:contextualising learning for defined end user groups,incorporating the use of digital tools to create engagement with learners applying adult learning principals Work with Unify Training Team to undertake training needs analysis and develop training plans in consultation with business stakeholders for approvalWork closely with the Unify LD Manager and Training Team in the development and delivery of contemporary, multi-modal, fit for purpose and cost-effective training outputs. This role will also be responsible for the testing and quality control of these outputs.Contribute to the Online Guided Learning body of work focusing on the connection between the training products and this support tool (to embed the learning).Work with and refine existing tools that enable status reporting on all Unify training elements including;tracking of the development of training deliverables in the Program Schedule,working with a Learning Management System to schedule and manage the delivery and tracking of training attendance and consumptiontracking of training evaluations to monitor effectiveness and feed into continuous improvement processes.
