The Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance was formed on July 1, 2003 as a partnership between Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham and District Hospital.
We share a common management structure with one CEO.

The Alliance Board consists of both hospital boards combined.

The Listowel Memorial Hospital has been providing acute care and complex continuing care services to the residents of North Perth and the hospital's catchment area since 1919.
Our fully accredited hospital offers a wide range of primary and secondary services including 24-hour emergency services, in-patient and out-patient care, specialist clinics, and supportive diagnostic services.
The Hospital has an active staff of 10 Family Practitioners as well as several consultant staff.

Description: The Manager of Clinical Services is a member of the Leadership Team and represents the vision, mission and values of the Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance (LWHA).
The Manager of Clinical Services works in collaboration with staff, professional staff, patients/families, and the members of the Leadership and Senior Executive Teams.
This position is responsible for managing the day to day clinical operations of the LWHA Surgical Services and Ambulatory Care Programs as well as the Listowel Emergency Department.
The Manager utilizes systems and controls, effective leadership skills/behaviours, and change management strategies to achieve expected standards of quality, efficiency and safety in the care of people served by the Alliance.
This is a temporary, full-time position that is anticipated to begin immediately and extend through March 1, 2026.
The successful candidate will be available 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday with on-call duty as required.
