A leading NFP is looking for a highly capable Regional Manager to oversee diverse community services in Alice Springs and support outreach and capacity-building activities across the Central Australian and Barkly regions.About You:Experience: Extensive background in human services, casework, service coordination, and operational management.Skills: Strong leadership, continuous improvement, collaborative approaches, and effective stakeholder engagement.Commitment: Respect for lived experience, valuing diversity, and understanding the issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.Remuneration:Salary: $125,000 per annum + Super (11.5%)Benefits: Five weeks annual leave, salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum, access to a fleet vehicle for home garaging, and relocation assistance if moving from outside of Alice Springs.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy.
