The Role CBH is on the lookout for a Manager in our Network Planning team.
This role is pivotal in steering the strategic management, planning, prioritisation, and business case development for significant supply chain investments, crucial to achieving our 2033 Strategy, which includes significant investment over 10 years.
As the Manager, you will identify and evaluate projects to pinpoint the highest value opportunities that benefit WA grain growers and bolster the global competitiveness of WA grain.
Your work will also involve managing the strategic portfolio, conducting analysis to provide thought leadership, shaping long-term strategic investment decisions.
You will report to the Head of Network Planning and work closely with both regional operational staff and head office personnel.
The Network Planning team is a high-performing unit dedicated to meeting increased network investment needs and this position offers a unique chance to engage with various business areas and collaborate closely with senior management and executives.
Responsibilities include: Lead Strategic Investment Planning: Oversee major investments and assist in enabling the deliver of the 2033 Strategic ObjectivesBusiness Case Development: Initiate infrastructure projects ($3M - $50M), review financial models, conduct commercial and operational analyses, and present recommendationsStrategic Projects: Lead and solve complex issues related to the network and supply chainTeam Management: Supervise analysts, ensure effective stakeholder engagement, and facilitate collaboration between operations and the wider businessAbout You: 8+ years in professional services, business analysis, consulting, strategy, investment banking, or agriculturePostgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related fieldDemonstrated leadership experience, proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teamsAbility to lead the planning and evaluation of projects, analysis and financial modelling, preparing business cases and management / Board presentations.Dynamic thinker with strong problem-solving and value creation abilities.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersClear and concise articulation of information to all levels, producing high-quality documentation and presentationsThrive in a collaborative environment with diverse skillsWhy work with CBH?
