Pivot Support Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager NDIS to lead our dedicated and caring National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) team in Albany, WA.

What you'll be doing
Lead and manage Pivot's NDIS operations, including support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and occupational therapy services.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, ensuring team members meet billable hour targets and professional development goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
Coordinate staff and client caseloads to ensure timely, high-quality, person-centred services.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, NDIS standards, and legislative requirements.
Represent Pivot at professional events and actively seek opportunities to improve and expand service delivery.
Support organisational growth by contributing to recruitment, policy development, and budget-setting activities.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in managing teams and delivering disability services, preferably within the NDIS framework.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Empathetic, proactive, and values-driven, with a commitment to achieving client-focused outcomes.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, disability, or a related field (desirable).
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to undergo screening.
Current Australian driver's licence.
