Role Overview: In this Manager, National Franchise Brand role, reporting to the Head of Specialised Portfolio Management, you will:
Shape brand strategy in alignment with portfolio goals, planning clear avenues and frameworks for delivery for the value chain.Analyse relevant data and insights, at times self-sourcing data, to ensure a robust ongoing understanding of the market and to drive business decision making.Develop and maintain strong business relationships, working with Franchisors to deliver strategic outcomes.Promote Franchisor retention via the ongoing management of existing relationships through deep understanding of complex client needs.Implement competitive initiatives geared to achieving growth, increased market share and brand penetration. What You'll Bring: Significant background (at least 10 years) within product, business banking and/or finance. Experience within franchise industry strongly preferred.Highly developed analytical skills, you are confident applying your commercial subject matter expertise to synthesise data into accurate and informed findings that drives decision making.Strategic mindset, you are proficient in applying strategic thinking to build commercial models and plans as well as bringing stakeholders on the journey for buy-in.Outstanding stakeholder management skills, you are relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.Strong communication both written and verbal, you can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners.
