Job Description - Manager, Member Marketing (240001D2)About the roleManager, Member Marketing is responsible for developing, leading and delivering our personalised marketing strategy across email, SMS, direct mail and other 1:1 channels.Leveraging data and technology to deliver individualised messages to identified audiences, shaping our member touchpoints and journey to connect members to product and services, the Member Marketing team demonstrate and deliver member value and our brand experience to deepen our relationship with members.This includes member marketing communications, service comms, onboarding, cross-sell and retention campaigns journeys.Lead our personalised member marketing strategy to support members through their journey with a focus on onboarding, engaging, growing and retaining members.Ensure that we are utilising data and technology to drive more effective marketing and efficiencies across our campaigns and media channels.Design effective marketing campaigns and communication strategies designed to better engage members, deepen coverages per member and increase member satisfaction.Ensure that campaigns are insight-driven, personalised and member-centric.Lead an effective and motivated team to execute marketing campaigns that deliver business results within scope and timelines.Work closely with key business partners to identify opportunities, alignment of efforts and collaborate to deliver business and marketing results.Work across wider marketing division to support the development of our marketing and advertising technology roadmap working with business partners and external agencies and suppliers.Actively contribute to the RACQ Group marketing strategy and development of the annual plan and budget to ensure the achievement of stated objectives.Oversee the production and delivery of eNewsletters, aligning content and strategic approach to meet needs of members and business objectives.Maintain an efficient and effective work practice in accordance with system procedures and ensuring compliance is maintained with industry regulations including data security, adherence to contact rules, privacy and spam legislation.About youStrong negotiation and relationship management skill applicable to a business environment.Ability to develop trust and high levels of engagement in a business environment.Ability to interrogate and clarify key required information relating to marketing activity.Experience in database, platform and direct marketing campaign management.Experience in media tagging on digital campaigns, content and web.Strong experience in people leadership and management.An ability to work seamlessly at all business levels to achieve results.Demonstrated strategic planning skills.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions that deliver more security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
