Join us as the Manager Medical Administration and play a key role in transforming medical administration services across Limestone Coast Local Health Network.
You will be responsible for driving strategic direction, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative support to the medical workforce.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the Medical Administration Unit, ensuring efficient management of recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, training, and education for the medical workforce.
Work closely with the Director Medical Services and Executive Director to align strategies and support the growth of the medical workforce.
Manage the development, implementation, and review of workforce strategies and initiatives.
Provide expert leadership and guidance on workforce planning, staff retention, and professional development across the medical workforce.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including medical officers, staff, and executives, to drive cohesive and collaborative team dynamics.
Lead complex projects that contribute to workforce planning and organisational success.
What We're Looking For: Ability to manage according to safety commitments, risk management principles, and relevant legislation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and inspire across all levels.
Experience in navigating change, workforce challenges, and financial constraints.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and make strategic decisions.
Expertise in managing complex administrative functions, including finance, procurement, and HR.
In-depth knowledge of contemporary administration practices, workforce planning, and relevant legislation.
