NSW Department of Customer Service – Sydney NSW
Location flexible across NSW with hybrid working. Weekly attendance at Parramatta Salary commencing from $139,787 + superannuation The Litigation Team provides independent, professional advice and services regarding State Taxation and Fines Administration litigation matters. In addition to leading the existing team of Senior Litigation Officers, this role will be responsible for expanding the team to include Senior Prosecution Officers and building the team's capability in prosecution matters.
Key Responsibilities: Lead an established, high performing professional team in providing guidance and management of litigation matters on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue and Commissioner of Fines Administration Grow a high performing team and expand the service offering to include the provision of prosecution expertise Manage case allocation, reporting and the day to day relationship with key stakeholders Interpret, distil and communicate complex legal issues to internal business partners and stakeholders To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Further Information: Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787 base plus superannuation.
