Weekly attendance at ParramattaSalary commencing from $139,787 + superannuationThe Litigation Team provides independent, professional advice and services regarding State Taxation and Fines Administration litigation matters. In addition to leading the existing team of Senior Litigation Officers, this role will be responsible for expanding the team to include Senior Prosecution Officers and building the team's capability in prosecution matters.Key Responsibilities:Lead an established, high performing professional team in providing guidance and management of litigation matters on behalf of the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue and Commissioner of Fines AdministrationGrow a high performing team and expand the service offering to include the provision of prosecution expertiseManage case allocation, reporting and the day to day relationship with key stakeholdersInterpret, distil and communicate complex legal issues to internal business partners and stakeholdersTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:The ability to lead, engage and develop a group of highly skilled team membersA demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others and to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholdersHighly developed oral and written communication skills, with strong project management capabilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance and manage competing tasks and prioritiesWhat we need from you:An up-to-date CV and a brief cover letter outlining how your skills and experience are aligned to the role.For enquiries regarding this position, please contact Rhonda Kable via ****** Revenue NSW:Revenue NSW is the state's principal revenue management agency.
