Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the MAC Learning Academy, including marketing and communication materials
Collaborate with tendering teams to position the MAC Learning Academy as a competitive advantage
Partner with the Recruitment Manager to enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and support talent acquisition and retention strategies
Ensure all L&D activities are focused on helping employees understand and work towards the Company's vision and values
Design and deliver engaging e-learning and face-to-face training modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful content
Build and manage programs to grow talent
Maintain and improve a training compliance matrix, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements
Develop career pathways and individual development plans to support employee aspirations
Lead the continuous improvement of the McMahon Services Graduate Program
Support Customer Streams to source Vocational Education and Training through Registered Training Organisations including developing relationships with providers
Maintain and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with other system stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
Tertiary studies in learning and development or related discipline
Extensive experience in a senior learning and development role within a complex organisation
Competent in all facets of learning and development including facilitation, design, operations and systems
Up to date with the latest L&D developments (theory and technology) and best practices and able to articulate these clearly
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and guide at all levels
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools
Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and best practices in L&D
