We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead the MAC Learning Academy and drive employee growth, engagement, and success.Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition Managers to craft a compelling Employee Value Proposition centered on career progression and individual development.This role offers an exciting blend of strategic oversight and hands-on program delivery in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment across the business.You will develop and deliver cutting-edge, outside-the-box learning solutions that go beyond traditional methods.
You will design and deliver training programs, assess development needs, and evaluate learning outcomes, contributing to the retention and attraction of top talent.Impactful LeadershipTrailblazing InnovationFuture-Ready StrategyCollaborative PartnershipsFull-time permanent positionWork within a high performing teamOpportunity for participating in leadership professional developmentKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the MAC Learning Academy, including marketing and communication materialsCollaborate with tendering teams to position the MAC Learning Academy as a competitive advantagePartner with the Recruitment Manager to enhance our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and support talent acquisition and retention strategiesEnsure all L&D activities are focused on helping employees understand and work towards the Company's vision and valuesDesign and deliver engaging e-learning and face-to-face training modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful contentBuild and manage programs to grow talentMaintain and improve a training compliance matrix, ensuring adherence to legislative requirementsDevelop career pathways and individual development plans to support employee aspirationsLead the continuous improvement of the McMahon Services Graduate ProgramSupport Customer Streams to source Vocational Education and Training through Registered Training Organisations including developing relationships with providersMaintain and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with other system stakeholdersSkills & Experience:Tertiary studies in learning and development or related disciplineExtensive experience in a senior learning and development role within a complex organisationCompetent in all facets of learning and development including facilitation, design, operations and systemsUp to date with the latest L&D developments (theory and technology) and best practices and able to articulate these clearlyStrong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and guide at all levelsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning toolsVisionary thinker with a passion for innovation and best practices in L&DApply NowTo register your interest, please forward your current resume and cover letter via the application link in word format.Your confidential application will be acknowledged by email and shortlisted applicants will be contacted by phone from the Davies Stewart team.For a confidential conversation please contact Kelliann Yates | 08 8232 8008To stay up to date with this role and other positions available through Davies Stewart please visit our website and social platforms or contact our friendly team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
