About the Role
As a Manager KYC Centre of Excellence, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a newly established KYC Centre of Excellence team within Business Banking. Your role is responsible for the onboarding of complex non-individual customers, managing stakeholder relationships across the value chain on KYC related topics, providing business context and input into KYC system changes, building capability and delivering a KYC onboarding experience that supports both our regulatory obligations whilst ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your role will oversee the running of a team of subject matter experts in ACIP (Applicable Customer Identification Procedures) and KYC (Know Your Customer) - which underpins Suncorp Bank's obligation to protecting our customers.
As a Manager, you are also responsible for co-creating the design of processes and delivering of change that enhances and maintains Suncorp Bank's KYC practices.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Undergraduate degree in business, commerce or finance disciplines is desirable.Comprehensive knowledge of AML/CTF, specific to KYC is desirable.Extensive years' experience in Banking.Proven experience in roles requiring high level stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration.Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking/planning, commercial, analytical and presentation.Project Management and/or business analysis experience.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
