Job Description Key accountabilities include:
Providing expert advice and contributing to the IT strategic directionDeveloping and executing long-term infrastructure strategiesManaging Service Desk activities and managing hardware and software assetsManaging the organisation's server and network infrastructureProviding high-quality end user experience through effective SOEEnsuring the continued availability of IT servicesAssuming full accountability for IT security postureLeading the design and execution of IT operational policies and frameworksEstablishing strategic vendor partnershipsYou will have x2 direct reports in this role.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have:
