You will work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Investment Operations, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will manage the day to day investment operations lifecycle, ensuring adherence to policies and processes and implement new deals with internal stakeholders and the custodian. You will also monitor service delivery from outsourced vendors and analyse performance.How do you exceed our expectations?The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You will have 10+ years' relevant experience in a similar role;You will have proven experience using eFront for private market management (Property, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit): requiredYou will bring experience supporting direct credit, property, infrastructure and private equity teams;You have strong commercial acumen and ability to drive high performance amongst your team and the best outcomes for members;Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills; andYou are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
