Your New Role As the Manager of Investment Operations, you will be the primary point of responsibility and accountability for managing the private assets investment lifecycle. You will work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Investment Operations, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will manage the day-to-day investment operations lifecycle, ensuring adherence to policies and processes and implement new deals with internal stakeholders and the custodian. You will also monitor service delivery from outsourced vendors and analyze performance.

You will have 10+ years' relevant experience in a similar role; You will have proven experience using eFront for private market management (Property, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit): required You will bring experience supporting direct credit, property, infrastructure and private equity teams; You have strong commercial acumen and ability to drive high performance amongst your team and the best outcomes for members; Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills; You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
