THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $104,883 - $114,252 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an 'employee' Working with Children Check.Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.Position Status: Ongoing contract of appointment with a 6-month qualifying period.

This exciting role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery, focusing on proposals, tenders, and grants that enhance Holmesglen's reputation in global markets.
You'll drive the successful implementation of international projects, build strong networks, and identify new business opportunities to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of the preparation of complex tender submissions, managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks to align projects with Holmesglen's strategic goals.
By cultivating meaningful partnerships and leveraging global market insights, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Institute's presence in the international education sector.
To excel in this role, you'll bring advanced project management expertise, a strategic mindset, and strong financial insight.
Your ability to develop compelling proposals, engage stakeholders, and lead international initiatives will directly contribute to Holmesglen's global success.
ABOUT YOU

Deep understanding of global trends shaping international education and disruptive markets.
Knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) system and frameworks.
Proven experience developing proposals, tenders, and project management plans for commercial clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate, liaise, and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Financial literacy with expertise in forecasting and managing project budgets effectively.
Relevant degree qualification or extensive project management experience in a related field.
